Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all Eligible States/Territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements, are 16 years of age or older, and hold no criminal record.

The Major Prize winner must be an Australian resident aged 16 or over. Winner will be required to provide the following details upon verbal acceptance of the prize.

(i)  Postal address

Method of Entry Australia

Eligible entrants can choose one of the following Methods of Entry.

The competition will be a game of chance and the winner will be drawn at random at the end of the competition period. The competition will encourage users to engage with content shared on Instagram. The entry mechanic will require users to:

• Follow @Hisenseau Instagram account
• Like the competition post
• Tag three friends using their favourite Xmas emoji

There will be 1 winner selected who will receive 1 of each of the following products:

Major Prize winner selection

The Promoter’s judging panel will review all valid entries received during the Promotion period on Monday 7 December 2020. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners. The entry randomly selected will win the Major Prize. 

Notification of Major Prize winner

Major Prize winner will be notified via Instagram and we will request further contact details Wednesday 9 December 2020.

To accept the Major Prize, the Major Prize winner must, within seven days of the Promoter sending notice to the winner (Verification Deadline), provide all information requested by the Promoter. If the winner does not provide the Required Information by the Verification Deadline or does not fulfil any other condition of accepting the Major Prize, the winner will forfeit the Major Prize and the Major Prize will be awarded to the next valid entry who provides the Required Information by the Verification Deadline and fulfils all conditions of accepting the Major Prize.

Prizes are not transferable for cash or other goods.

Public announcement of Major Prize winner

Upon confirming and verifying the Major Prize winner, the name and State or Territory of residence of the Major Prize winner will be published through an Instagram post.

Entry is free and open to Australian entrants online. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, as well as any other person or company affiliated with the Promoter, are ineligible for entry.

Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries will be deemed invalid.

By entering this Promotion and submitting content, you authorise that it is your own content, that you are permitted to distribute such content and grant Hisense Australia the permission to re-publish this content.
