CES 2018 (The Consumer Electronic Show) in Las Vegas brings together lovers of tech and tech brands alike to explore the latest products due to be released. This huge event stretches across 250,000 square metres and is the largest tech event of its kind in the world.
CES 2018 Exclusive: Launching the Hisense OLED TV
This year we were excited to announce that Hisense will be entering the OLED market, with the first Hisense OLED TV being added to our ULED 4K range.

Top 5 CES 2018 Hisense Moments
…But it wasn’t all business! Here are some of our favourite moments and tech announcements out of CES 2018:
1. Power Outage Day 2
Amongst the craziness of CES, Day 2 took a hit when the entire showroom lost power and left attendees in the dark for up to 2 hours… A tech show without power, now that’s ironic.
2. Hisense Retro TV
We got to have a bit of fun at the Hisense booth and show off our retro TV with in-built LCD Panel… Though it’s probably not going to be hitting shelves any time soon!

3. Smart Homes
Smart homes were very much the talk of the town at CES 2018, with Google Assistant a clear front-runner. What are Smart homes? Well consider this from American brand Kohler: a smart bathroom that uses voice activated technology to personalise your water temperature – although we predict an increase in bathroom hogging.
4. E-Palette – Like UberEats, but for everything
Toyota showcased their brand new e-Palette: an autonomous mobility car that can help with a variety of services from online deliveries to ride sharing – meaning that very soon, your store will come to you! Bad or good news for online shopaholics depending on your bank balance.
5. Awards love for Hisense
To top off an amazing CES 2018, we were thrilled to come away with multiple awards from AVS Forum, HD Guru and Dealerscope for our TV’s.
