SYDNEY, 09 June 2021 – Hisense Australia, a global leader in consumer electronics and home appliances, today announces its 2021 television range, building on the successful introduction of its ULED 8K TV earlier this year.

Available through all major retailers across the country from June onwards, Hisense promises its UHD and ULED range has something for everyone by making the best TV technology and innovation available to any consumer.

From its entry-level UHD A7G, perfect for gamers with its standard Dolby Vision Atmos, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) to the U90G ULED 8K Mini-LED promising the best viewing experience thanks to Hisense Quantum Dot Colour producing an astounding 2000 nits of brightness, Hisense TV products offer unmatched premium picture quality for your binge streaming and gaming needs.

“Too many TV brands talk about premium features shrouded in marketing jargon, but no one needs to ‘hear colours’ and ‘taste sounds’. At Hisense, we’re big on clarity, not confusion. This year let’s get real, consumers just need a great TV at a great price with actual features they’re looking for. A TV like our range of UHD and ULED TVs, said Andre Iannuzzi, Head of Marketing, Hisense Australia.

Packed with segment-leading technology

Gaming-enthusiasts will level-up their playing experience and picture quality on the 2021 TV Range, powered by leading technologies such as Dolby Vision Atmos, Dolby Vision HDR and Game Mode featuring Variable Refresh Rate* and Auto Low Latency Mode introduced as standard on entry-level models.

VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) allows the 2021 Hisense TV range to dynamically match its refresh rate to the frame rate of the game output by a games console resulting in smoother, more consistent gameplay without “image tearing”.

In tandem with ALLM, which automatically detects and switches to a low-lag gaming preset when a signal from a console is detected, gamers will be one step ahead of their competition.

Real-life picture and sound quality

Elevating picture and sound quality to new heights, the expanded 2021 range of Hisense UHD and ULED TVs combine leading technologies, Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos, which together ensure content is portrayed as accurately and true-to-life as possible, resulting in a mesmerising cinematic viewing experience. Quantum Dot Colour, Full Array Local Dimming Pro and Smooth Picture Rate continue to be key picture technologies Hisense is bringing to Australians this year.

Hisense’s new range of televisions leverage advanced, premium feature technologies including the Company’s proprietary Hi-View Engine Pro, enabling impeccable fast graphic processing to optimise picture quality and the overall viewing experience.

Paired with a new low-reflection screen**, designed to reduce distracting reflections from sunlight and other sources of glare, the screen absorbs 98.5% of incoming light, meaning 66.7% less glare than conventional TV screens.

Hisense’s 2021 range also boasts the introduction of its anti-glare screen, blocking 98.5% of glare and offering an unparalleled viewing experience.

The Best TV technology available to all

The new-and-improved evolution of Hisense’s proprietary VIDAA operating system, VIDAA U5, will provide an unprecedented Smart TV experience with 20% more processing performance compared to its previous generation and simplified interface and universal search functionality.

New to Hisense’s TV range for 2021 is built-in Google Assistant functionality in addition to Amazon Alexa, allowing hands-free control of smart devices throughout the home and enabling search and even switch of various applications without a third-party device, plus a wider range of apps and streaming services.

With Australians consuming more binge-worthy content than ever before, Hisense has enhanced its Universal Search functionally so viewers can search for content without having to use app-specific navigation.

The Universal Search will now display results in a friendly-easy to view slider from an ever-increasing range of streaming and entertainment apps.

Hisense’s new range will go on sale via all major electronics retailers across Australia from June onwards. More details can be found here: https://hisense.com.au/electronics/tv/
