Who can enter?
To be eligible to enter you must:
- reside in Australia
- be over 18 years of age
Employees of Hisense Australia, their immediate families and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.
How to enter
The competition period commences at 9:00am AEST on 08/08/2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 11/09/2024 (competition period), and Hisense reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval, if required).
To enter the competition, you must submit an online entry by providing your full name, mobile number, email address, postcode and accept these Terms and Conditions where required on the competition landing page at https://hisense.com.au/upgrade-&-win during the competition period.
The competition will be advertised on Hisense Australia website, Hisense Australia Social Media Pages, Hisense Australia Email Database and will include a link or instructions to the competition landing page.
No late entries will be accepted.

Post-entry survey
Post entry, the entrant may choose to complete an additional survey for five (5) bonus entries. Following completion, the entrant will be eligible for six (6) entries into the promotion, with addition of any relative bonus entries accrued via product registration as outlined in the Product Registration section of these terms and conditions.
Product Registration
If the entrant purchases a Hisense Product within the competition period (9:00am AEST 08/08/2024 and 11:59pm AEST 11/09/2024) and registers it via the Hisense Product Registration landing page at https://www.hisense.com.au/product-registration within that same period, they will be awarded a particular number of entries into the competition via the tiered list of available products, as following:

Selection of winners
All winners will be chosen by random draw which will take place from:
10:00 AM AEST on 20th September 2024
at Greenroom Digital, 49-51 Stead Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 3205.
The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw by a Hisense representative.
The results of the draw will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw. This is a game of chance.

Unclaimed prize draw
If one or more of the winners does not respond within 3 days of being notified by Hisense Australia that they have won the competition, one or more of the winners are not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made by Hisense Australia to identify those winners were unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and Greenroom Digital reserves the right to select another winner or winners through a second chance draw.
If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 26th September 2024 at the same time and place as the first draw. The first valid entry or entries drawn will win any unclaimed prizes. The unclaimed prize draw winner or winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of any unclaimed prize draw will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.

Promotion and marketing
By entering the competition, the winners agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Hisense Australia may require without remuneration.
The winners also consent to the use and publication of their name and any other details provided by the winners in any marketing material without any further reference or payment to the winners.
Prize
One (1) Gold prize consisting of:
- 2 x Gold Tickets to the 2024 NRL Grand Final on Sunday, 6th October 2024 and a Money Can’t Buy Experience valued at $779 ex GST.
- 2 nights accommodation at Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood on Saturday the 5th and Sunday the 6th of October 2024 valued at up to $1,300 ex GST.
- 1 x Signed NRL Jersey from the club of the winner’s choice, subject to availability, valued at $1,000 ex GST.
- Travel allowance to the 2024 NRL Grand Final from the above listed accommodation valued at up to $700 ex GST.
- 1 x Laser Cinema PX3 (PX3) valued at $4,499 ex GST
Additionally, if the winner is not located in New South Wales;
- 2 x return flights from the winner’s location to Sydney Airport, valued at up to $2,500 ex GST
- Travel allowance to and from the airport to the above listed accommodation valued at up to $300 ex GST.
Five (5) Silver prizes consisting of:
- 1 x Canvas TV (65S7NAU) + Oak Frame valued at $1,999 ex GST.
- 2 x Bonus Frames
- 1 x $200 VISA Gift Card
- 1 x $300 NRLSHOP Voucher
Bronze (20) Bronze prizes consisting of:
- $150 NRLSHOP Voucher
Total prize pool valued AUD $29,578 ex GST as at the publishing date of these terms and conditions.
No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
If the prizes are not available for any reason, Hisense Australia reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winners agree in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the winners do not agree despite reasonable attempts by Hisense Australia to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Hisense Australia control, Hisense Australia may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by Hisense Australia to be of equal or higher value.
Any items provided by NRL are subject to availability in stock and sizing. If a featured item is deemed to be unavailable, NRL will endeavour to substitute said item with a prize of equal financial value where possible or NRLSHOP Voucher of equal value.
Hisense Australia will take reasonable steps to distribute the prize to the winners within 14 days of the draw.
Gift Card Process
The Silver Prize Winners will receive an email from Hisense with access to a Digital EFTPOS Gift Card.
The Digital EFTPOS Gift Card is hosted under the True Rewards platform (https://truerewards.com.au/),
Successful claimants are required to do the following to access their Digital EFTPOS Gift Card;
Sign up to the True Rewards platform with the email address used in their cashback claim,
Download the True Rewards app on their mobile device to add the digital EFTPOS Gift Card to their digital wallet.

General
Please read these competition terms and conditions carefully. If you enter the competition, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them.
- Hisense reserves the right to amend the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, subject to regulatory approval (if required) and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the promotion landing page at Hisense. It is the entrant’s responsibility to regularly check the promotion landing page for any amendments. Any amendments will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of Hisense.

- b) Acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of Hisense’s servants or agents involved in the conduct of this promotion who are acting outside their authority as agent of Hisense.
