Our commitment to help the Australian bushfire relief efforts

The current bushfires are continuing to have a devastating effect on Australian families, local communities and businesses, as well as our native wildlife. Over the past week, we have been working closely with relief organisations to understand how Hisense Australia can best support the immediate recovery efforts and also ensure we are doing our bit to help our fellow Australians get back on their feet.
 
First and foremost, Hisense is donating $200,000 to split between the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund and WIRES Wildlife Rescue Emergency Fund to assist in the immediate response and relief.
 
The Australian Red Cross is providing immediate relief and support for thousands of people in evacuation and recovery centres across the country. WIRES Wildlife Rescue is helping to rescue and care for our native animals impacted by the fires, as well as support more volunteer rescuers and carers.
 
We are also in discussions on how to best support relief and evacuation centres with a further donation of our products, including fridges and freezers to store perishables. We are committed to providing ongoing assistance.
