How do I know if my TV is 4K?
Most mid-range Smart TVs these days are 4K Ultra HD – with the Hisense TV range, you’ll find it in all ULED TVs, as well as our Series 5 and 6 models.
If you’re in the market for a TV and unsure if a TV is 4K, ask in-store – this is one feature you definitely want to have!

How is 4K different from standard HD?
TVs that are 4K use over 8 million pixels to display images, whereas a full HD screen uses just 2 million pixels. Hence, ‘4K’, or 4x the number of pixels of standard HD.
Does that mean standard HD is ‘bad’?
Not at all – 1080p HD content is still going to look good on your screen. Once you’ve tried 4K though, you won’t want to go back. The difference in picture clarity is immediately noticeable – you’ll feel like you can reach out and touch the scene in the TV.
Can my internet connection support 4K?
It’s true: internet speed does impact your TV’s ability to stream 4K content. Buffer speeds differ depending on the streaming service. At the moment, you’ll be able to comfortably stream 4K content via Netflix if your broadband connection is around 16Mbps. Stan, Amazon or YouTube’s 4K content requires a higher bitrate of 25Mbps.
