Acceptance

Whenever you access or use this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use in favor of Hisense Australia Pty Ltd. [Level 1, 37 Dalmore Drive, Scoresby VIC 3179，Australia] and any parent, subsidiary, affiliate or related body corporation of Hisense (collectively, “Hisense”).

Hisense may change these terms of use from time to time. By continuing to use Hisense websites, you accept these terms of use as they apply from time to time. Nothing in these terms affects the Website Terms of Use in force at the time of purchasing a particular good or service from this website, in relation to that particular good or service.

Representations and Warranties

Hisense’s supply of the goods or services via this Website or any Hisense website may be subject to certain statutory guarantees (including guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded by contract (“Guarantees”). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies the application of a Guarantee or any associated rights or entitlement to remedies.

Subject to all applicable laws, including the Guarantees, Hisense makes all reasonable efforts to maintain the content of the website. However, it does not give any express warranties as to its accuracy, integrity, completeness, legality, applicability, currency and/or appropriateness of the content provided on this website.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

to cancel your service contract with us; and

to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.

If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

General delivery services, fees & coverage

Hisense Australia Pty Ltd is the sole legal operating entity of the Hisense brand in Australia and all business is conducted physically in Australia. The Hisense Online Store works with professional logistics partners to deliver your order directly. Small items such as accessories are shipped in parcel packages while large products such as washing machines and refrigerators are delivered to you by our delivery partners.

Nothing in this section affects the Guarantees, or your rights in respect of major failures as described above.

Delivery Estimates
The delivery timeframe includes shipment preparation and lead time for delivery to the provided address.

- Small item delivery: Usually within 5 working days (except for pre-order period, holiday or out of stock situation)
- Big item delivery: Usually within 14 working days (except for pre-order period, holiday or out of stock situation). You will be contacted by our delivery partner to arrange a drop off time with you.

Shipping Cost
- Free standard delivery to your door within Australia

If the delivery of these items cannot proceed the delivery may be postponed or the item may be returned to Hisense Australia.

Returns and Refunds
What is the return policy?
For orders placed on Hisense.com.cn/au, please keep your item unsealed; you have 14 days calendar days to request a return. Once requested, you’ll have an additional 7 days to print and mail your returned items.

- If you’re returning a TV or other smart product – Removing your personal accounts and factory-resetting the device will help ensure speedy processing of your return.
- If your order came with promotional products, all items must be returned for a full refund. Any missing promotional items will have their value deducted from the final refunded amount.

This return policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How do I return a product?
The information below applies only to returns made from Hisense.com.cn/au, and does not include in-store returns.

Requesting the return

You need to contact our after-sales service team and there will be a specialist to assist you with return or exchange.
You will have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, visit My Orders, or search for your order here. If it can be cancelled, you’ll see a button with the option to cancel each item.
If you can’t see a button with options to canc el then you need to contact our service team to check the delivery status.

If your order cannot be cancelled, opting for a RETURN will be the fastest way to get a refund.

How long will it take for me to receive a return/refund from the Hisense Online Store?
Return/Refund Process Timing:

- After your return request is approved, items will be collected in no more than 14 business days. If your return was not accepted, you will receive an e-mail with additional details
- After a return is delivered to our return warehouse, it can take up to 14 business days for our warehouse to review a returned item and initiate a refund.
- Hisense will initiate your refund within 7 days of receiving and processing your return. For the order to be successful, the return must include all items including accessories and promotional items.
- Please note that, as the order items are processed separately, refunds may be made in more than one transaction to your original payment method. You may need to wait up to 14 business days for the refund(s) to be fully processed.

Refund Method and Timing:

- Once your refund request has been accepted and the returned item received and approved for refund, Hisense will return the funds to your original payment method. If the original payment method failed our service team will contact you for support.
- Banks may then take an additional 7 business days to process the initiated refund before it appears in your bank account.

What is the refund guide for duplicate payments?

Duplicate payment happens when more than one payment comprising the same amount is made for a single order.

If you believe that a duplicate payment has been made please contact our Customer Care team by emailing them directly or call Hisense service numbers to get a refund.
The refund process for a duplicate payment may take 7 business days after we confirm, depending on your payment method and the financial institution involved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law and without limitation to the Guarantees, Hisense, its suppliers, distributors, and the other parties involved in creating and delivering the contents of this website, exclude all liability (so far as permissible by law) for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss arising from the use of or inability to use any Hisense website or any information (including content, merchandise, and services) on any Hisense website, including (without limitation) damages or loss arising from the negligence of Hisense. To the extent permissible by law, this includes, without limitation, liability for damages or injuries resulting from browsing any Hisense website, from downloading any materials from it, from such causes as computer viruses, software or hardware malfunctions, from any deletion or corruption of files, or from any other omissions, interruptions, errors, problems, failures, or delays in computer operation in general or in network transmission.

To the extent permissible by law, this includes, without limitation, liability for damages or injuries resulting from browsing any Hisense website, from downloading any materials from it, from such causes as computer viruses, software or hardware malfunctions, from any deletion or corruption of files, or from any other omissions, interruptions, errors, problems, failures, or delays in computer operation in general or in network transmission. To the extent permitted by law and without limitation to the Guarantees, Hisense does not accept any liability for the consequences arising from the application, use, or misuse of any resources contained on or made available through the service, including any injury and/or damage to any person or property as a matter of product liability, negligence, or otherwise.

Hisense also does not accept any responsibility for technical failures or for unauthorized access of user transmissions or materials by third parties.
