Hisense PureFlex Series Cashback Promotion (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”)

Promotion

1. These T&Cs govern the Promotion. Instructions on how to enter and claim form part of these T&Cs. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

2. The first 180 Eligible Claimants who:

a) Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer between 9:00 AM (AEST), 15th May 2025 and 11:59 PM (AEST), 28th May 2025 (“Purchase Period”).

b) Submit an Eligible Claim during the Redemption Period will be eligible to receive the gift.

Eligible Claimants

To be eligible to enter you must:

Excluded Products

Participating Products expressly excludes "C grade" or "seconds" products, second-hand, refurbished or demonstration products, and any costs, fees, expenses, or liability of any description to pay any amount for installation, insurance, warranty or extended warranty, financing, delivery or any other cost which is, at the determination of the Promoter in its absolute discretion, additional or ancillary to the models listed above.

Purchase

Means payment in full. This can be by cash, card or any other payment method that the Participating Reseller accepts, where a proof of purchase is provided.

Gift

1.The gift is $250 Cashback to the customers/claimant’s designated bank account.

2.The reward will be available to customers/claimants who register their participating Hisense product during the redemption period, which commences on the 15th May 2025 at 9:00am AEST and will run until 28th June 2025 at 11:59pm AEST

. 3.Customers/claimants will receive a communication from Hisense confirming their successful claim.

Eligible Claim

1. To be eligible to claim a Gift (each eligible claim, an "Eligible Claim"), an Eligible Claimant must:

a. Purchase a Participating Product in accordance with the terms and conditions above;

b. Agree to these T&Cs;

c. Have a registered Hisense Account, with a Hisense Account ID. Claimants can register for a Hisense account at https://hisense.com.au/au/en/AUD/login/register

d. During the Redemption Period, register the Participating Product by completing the Online Claim Form;

e. Input all requested details accurately, including but not limited to:

· Claimant’s full name

· Phone number

· Email address

· Postcode

· State

f. Provide a copy of the original tax invoice clearly showing:

· The Participating Product purchased

· Serial Number of the Participating Product

· Date of purchase

· Any other details as required by the Promoter

g. Ensure the Participating Product has not been returned or exchanged, and that the return period as stipulated by the seller or retailer has fully elapsed prior to claim submission.

h. Provide bank account details, including Account Name, Account Number, and BSB number, where requested.

2.The fully completed Online Claim Form must be submitted by 11:59 pm (AEST) on 28th June 2025. Online Claim Forms will not be accepted after the Redemption Period has ended.

3. Claims submitted will be strictly verified to confirm compliance with all eligibility requirements, including ensuring the Participating Product has not been returned and the return period has expired. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claim where the eligibility criteria are not fully met or where a product has been returned.

4. Following validation and approval of the claim, the Eligible Claimant will receive a confirmation email sent to the nominated email address within five (5) business days from the date their claim is deemed valid by the Promoter. By submitting a claim, Eligible Claimants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and confirm that they have retained ownership of the Participating Product beyond the retailer's return policy period.

5.Only the first 180 successful claims will be eligible for the gift.

a) Each Hisense Account is limited to 3 successful cashback claims.

6.By submitting a claim, the Eligible Claimant irrevocably agrees that:

a) If the Participating Product is returned, refunded, or the transaction is cancelled at any time before or after cashback payment, the claimant must notify Hisense within 3 business days;

b) Hisense reserves the right to:

i) Claw back the cashback amount by direct debit from the nominated bank account;

ii) Offset the amount against any future purchases/services from Hisense;

iii) Disclose the claimant's details to credit reporting agencies if repayment is not made within 14 days of demand.

Cashback Process

1.A claim will be reviewed by Hisense within 5 business days of submission.

2.If a claimant’s cashback claim is deemed unsuccessful; a.The unsuccessful claimant will receive an email from Hisense informing them of their unsuccessful claim. The unsuccessful claimant can contact Hisense support and provide evidence if they believe their claim should have been successful.

3.If a claimant’s cashback claim is deemed successful;

a.The successful claimant will receive an email from Hisense confirming their successful claim. The claimant will receive the funds in their designated bank account within 20 business days.

General

Please read these promotion terms and conditions carefully. If you enter the promotion, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them.

1.Hisense reserves the right to amend the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, subject to regulatory approval (if required) and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the promotion landing page at Hisense. It is the entrant's responsibility to regularly check the promotion landing page for any amendments. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, any amendments will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of Hisense.

2.If the promotion is not capable of running as planned including by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond Hisense’s control, Hisense may cancel or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected redemption attempts, to the extent permitted by law.

3.Hisense does not accept responsibility for any redemption attempts that are delayed or which are not received for any reason during the promotion period.

4. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

a) Hisense's total liability for any loss or damage arising from this Promotion (whether under contract, tort, statute or otherwise) is limited to:  

i) Resupplying the Cashback; or  

ii) Refunding the purchase price of the Participating Product – whichever is less. b) This limitation applies to claims caused by:  

iii) Technical failures (e.g., website errors, delays);  

iiii) Acts or omissions of Hisense's employees acting within their authority.

c) Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies under the ACL that cannot by law be excluded (including Consumer Guarantees under Part 3-2).

5. Please read the Hisense privacy policy available on the Hisense website at https://hisense.com.au/privacy/ which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a promotion.

6. Hisense monitors claims for fraud, including but not limited to:  

i) Purchases with intent to return (e.g., same customer/IP/bank account submitting multiple claims);  

ii) Falsified invoices or serial numbers;  

iii) Collusion with retailers.

b) If fraud is confirmed, Hisense may:  

i) Permanently ban the claimant from all future promotions;  

ii) Offset the cashback amount against any future purchases;  

iii) Report the matter to:   

- Credit bureaus (if repayment is overdue by 14 days);   

- Police or consumer affairs agencies.

c) No personal data will be publicly published.

7. Hisense collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to subsidiary and related companies, third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and any company with whom we are running the promotion.

8. Hisense is not liable for any tax implications arising from gift winnings, including fringe benefits tax. Independent financial advice should be sought.

9.The laws of Victoria apply to this promotion. All parties submit disputes to the non-exclusive jurisdiction courts of the domicile of Hisense.
