How can I clean fingerprints and other greasy smudges on my TV screen?
1. Turn off and unplug your TV. 2. First, try using a dry, anti-static cloth and rubbing gently. 3. Use water to lightly moisten a clean, soft, dry cloth, and then rub the screen gently. Do not let water run down the screen or enter behind the screen frame. Wipe with a dry cloth after cleaning. 4. Important: Rub as gently as possible. LED screens can be damaged if you press too hard. 5. WARNING: Never use any type of window cleaner, alcohol, soap, scouring powder, or any cleanser that contains solvents. Never use abrasive pads or paper towels. This can scratch the screen and cause permanent damage. 6. Let the screen dry completely before plugging the TV back in.

Earbuds remain connected after the charging case is closed
    Possible cause:

The earbuds may not have entered disconnect mode correctly, or an issue may be preventing the charging case from recognising them when stored.

    Common causes and solutions

    1. Charging case battery is low or empty

If the charging case has insufficient battery power, it may not be able to signal the earbuds to disconnect, causing them to remain connected to your device.

    Solution:

Charge the charging case and ensure it has sufficient power. If the battery is low, charge the case for at least 30 minutes before trying again.

    2. Dirty or contaminated charging contacts

Dust, sweat, residue, or oxidation on the charging contacts can prevent the case from detecting the earbuds correctly.

    Solution:

Clean the metal charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the charging case using a soft, dry cloth or cotton swab. Remove any dust or debris before placing the earbuds back in the case.

    3. Earbuds not seated correctly in the charging case

If the earbuds are not positioned correctly in their charging slots, the case may not detect them properly and the disconnect signal may not be sent.

    Solution:

Remove the earbuds and place them back into the charging case, ensuring they are correctly aligned with the magnetic charging connectors. Confirm that the charging indicator light turns on.

    4. Firmware or system error

In some cases, a Bluetooth or system error may prevent the earbuds from entering sleep mode when placed in the charging case.

    Solution:

Reset the earbuds to their factory settings:

1.Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.

2.Press and hold the charging case function button for approximately 10 seconds until the indicator light starts flashing.

3.Release the button and wait for the reset to complete.

The earbuds will be restored to their factory settings. After resetting, reconnect and pair the earbuds with your device again.
